We are an international team of highly motivated student consultants from Umeå School of Business, Economics and Statistics, each bringing relevant work experience and a unique academic background. What unites us is a shared drive to create meaningful impact through collaboration, curiosity, and professionalism.


Our varied perspectives are our greatest asset—allowing us to approach challenges creatively and deliver solutions that are both strategic and grounded. We offer our services in both Swedish and English.

Elin
Ramin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and International Management from the University of Cooperative Education in Germany and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Finance at Umeå University. He has gained hands-on experience in financial analysis, communications consulting, and corporate transformation through roles in the automotive and consulting industries. His work has included liquidity improvement projects and supporting complex investment transactions. With a strong interest in international collaboration, Ramin is committed to building a curious and supportive community at Borealis.

With a strong academic foundation in Business and Economics at Umeå University, Alva Bandling has gained practical experience at Jost World and through her leadership in the Finance Committee of HHUS, where she currently serves as Chair. In this role, she led a restructuring initiative that introduced clear financial guidelines and improved overall budget adherence. By streamlining internal processes, her committee successfully reduced costs by 76%. Alva also identified and eliminated recurring unapproved expenses, developing long-term solutions for improved cost control across departments.

Guuleed is enrolled in a Business and Economics program at Umeå University and has gained professional experience at HHUS and Sector Alarm with a focus on pricing analysis, sales strategies, and mentoring. At Sector Alarm, he increased monthly sales through the development of tailored pitch books and creative sales approaches. As a chairman of NSS, he drove membership growth by analyzing member needs and launching new initiatives that boosted engagement. His experience highlights his ability to perform under pressure and deliver analytical, actionable strategies.

Ceren holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bilkent University, one of Turkey’s top business schools, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Finance at Umeå University. She has interned at CNH Industrial and Finansal Eksen, gaining experience in financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic planning. At Finansal Eksen, she supported consulting projects on foreign trade and market entry, delivering data-driven strategies and client- ready reports. As a student consultant for Papara, a leading Turkish fintech company, she developed retention strategies based on user data and presented a full implementation plan aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Ceren Ademoğlu
Anna
Wout brings a background in Facility Management, holding a Bachelor's degree from Breda University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Development and Internationalisation at Umeå University. He has interned at EDGE Workspaces and F. Hoffmann-La Roche, where he gained experience in facilities management, project management, strategic assessment methods, and stakeholder engagement. At F. Hoffmann-La Roche, he developed several matrices that enabled his department to make more logical, data-driven decisions. In another project, he led a multidisciplinary team in designing a new knowledge-sharing process, enhancing continuous development within the organization.
Wout Coelen
Sara
Akseli is pursuing a degree in Business and Economics at Umeå University and has developed hands-on experience both as a subcontractor in Sydney and as Sponsorship General for Insparken. In his role at Insparken, he planned and coordinated an event schedule for over 700 participants while managing and expanding business partnerships. His work as a self-employed subcontractor in the construction industry further strengthened his communication and relationship-building skills. Running his own business also demonstrated his proficiency in budgeting, invoicing, and business operations.

Maram is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics at Umeå University. She has built extensive experience through independent work in marketing and as an artist. As a freelancer, she has supported various individuals and organizations with branding, marketing materials, and content planning. Her work as an artist has demonstrated her ability to manage the entire business process—from marketing and packaging to customer relations—with creativity and efficiency.

Rechel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management (Honours) from NSBM Green University in Sri Lanka and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Development and Internationalisation at Umeå University. She also holds a professional certification in Labor Law and Industrial Relations from the Employers Federation of Ceylon. Rechel has gained professional experience at Jacobi Carbons Lanka (PVT) Ltd, through her involvement with AIESEC, and by serving as Secretary of the Human Resources Circle and Treasurer at university. As a team leader at AIESEC’s international relations arm, she established partnerships with over 20 AIESEC entities worldwide, strengthening cross-border collaboration. During her traineeship at Jacobi Carbons, she led a research project that delivered actionable insights and contributed to the automation of the company’s HR Information Systems—a complex initiative that streamlined internal processes.
